BLS Construction has found that the key to success is getting involved early in order to gain a strong understanding of the project as it relates to the owner's needs and expectations. This process includes delivery methods, accurate and detailed cost estimating and budgeting, site evaluation, scheduling and value analysis. The project must meet budgetary goals without sacrificing quality. Our team is experienced at leading construction projects from concept to completion whether we are awarded with being the Design/Build team, the Construction Manager-at-risk or as the General Contractor.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
BLS is pre-qualified as the CMAR during the design phase of the project and would provide planning, estimating, scheduling and consulting services to the client and architect
A guaranteed maximum price (GMP) and schedule is negotiated directly with the client
BLS holds the role of the general contractor and will pre-qualify and procure all of the construction trade contractors
All cost information is transparent with the client to ensure they only pay for the cost of the work plus an agreed fee for the CMAR up to the GMP
BLS manages the project from start to finish with a constant focus on project quality and budget

The job process begins in our estimating department, develops through our project management team and continues into the field with our experienced superintendents
